printing ease. Now bolted for easy blade replacement.
TIP: Durometer (Duro) is the measurement of
hardness/softness of squeegee blade.
60 Duro, SOFT - flexes more thus pushing more ink through
lower mesh counts. Printing on fleece, athletic garments,
thicker ink deposits.
70 Duro, MEDIUM - with medium flex for general purpose
textile printing.
80 Duro, HARD - blade sheers ink off at stencil. Higher mesh
counts for more detailed printing like process, jacket or
sign graphics, thinner ink deposits.
